We curate luxury spaces to live, work, stay and play.
We believe:
A luxury space should inspire you to rest, rejuvenate and live joyfully.
We work:
In collaboration
Together we’ll explore how you aspire to live, work, and play to ensure how your space makes you feel matters as much as its function and beauty.
As curators
We layer, mix and remix, combining vintage with modern, sentimental with functional, and priceless with affordable to create one-of-a-kind spaces and experiences.
In celebration
We believe the patinas, imperfections, and vivid histories of places, pieces, and people aren’t just beautiful, they're inspiring.
With gratitude
Designing a sanctuary or spending your spare time in our spaces is a deeply personal experience. We thank you for trusting us with your homes and vacations.
Who we are:
We are your conduit to change, connecting you to a vision for your space that’s beautiful, functional, inspiring and playful. Then we help you bring it to life by working directly with the architects, carpenters, electricians, engineers, interior designers, painters, plumbers, project managers, landscapers, masons, movers, roofers, upholsterers, and wallpaper installers — anyone and everyone needed — to realize your vision.

A Note from Deb, Our Founder
I’ve been transforming living spaces since age five, when I regularly rearranged the bedroom I shared with my sister in a small town in Alberta, Canada. I came to my aesthetics of beauty and comfort from my family. My Ukrainian grandmother, a hairdresser and seamstress, hooked me on pops of color and texture with pistachio everything: crocheted bedspreads, curtains, lampshades and walls. My Dutch Oma, a bookkeeper and gourmet chef, offered a minimalist, pragmatic counterpoint, along with a $5 incentive to help her clean her home on Saturdays. From my parents, I learned to take pride and find joy in clean, uncluttered spaces. My dad’s idea of weekend fun was organizing the garage together, and my mom cleaned airplanes for a living.
Their collective wisdom about making our home a sanctuary — no matter what was happening in our chaotic lives — still inspires me. Since then, I’ve visited 56 countries, called 11 different cities my “hometown,” and dwelled in nearly 30 different places (I don’t count stays of less than 6 months!). It’s no wonder I have a passion for making a house a home.
Every day I reflect on the souls — grandparents, parents, friends, and pets — who have given me a safe place to grow up and the confidence to find my place and purpose in the world.
I invite you to make the places you live, work, stay and play matter, wherever you are, and for however long you are there.
— Love Deb
